Terms of Service

Welcome to Potato Pups. By booking or using our dog walking, pet sitting, drop-in visit, vacation pet care, or daycare services, you agree to the following terms.

Booking & Cancellations

Visits are scheduled through our online client portal or by contacting us directly. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations; late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information about their pet’s health, temperament, and care needs, and to keep emergency contact and veterinary information current.

Liability

Potato Pups is insured and bonded. While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, clients acknowledge that pet care carries inherent risks.

Payment

Payment is due per the schedule agreed at booking. We accept all major credit cards and digital payments through our secure client portal.
