We proudly serve Manhattan Beach and the surrounding South Bay communities, including Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, and El Segundo. If you’re just outside these areas, reach out and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Booking is easy — call, text, or use our online contact form to request a meet-and-greet. Once we’ve met you and your pet, you can schedule recurring or one-off visits through our online client portal.
Yes. Every member of our team is insured, bonded, and passes a thorough background check before joining Potato Pups. Your pet’s safety and your peace of mind are our top priorities.
Not unless you request it. All of our standard walks are private, one-on-one visits focused entirely on your dog. Group walks are available on request for social pups who enjoy the company.
We walk in most weather with the right precautions — shorter routes in heat, paw protection in cold, and covered routes when it rains. In severe weather, we’ll switch to an indoor visit and let you know right away.
Yes, our caregivers are experienced with administering oral medications, topical treatments, and insulin injections as part of your regular visit, at no extra charge.
You’ll receive a photo and a short visit summary after every single walk or visit, sent straight to your phone, so you always know exactly how your pet is doing.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations so we can adjust our schedule. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee — just reach out and we’ll work with you.
Yes, we’re available on most holidays, including peak travel days. Since holiday slots fill up quickly, we recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee coverage.
We accept all major credit cards and digital payments through our secure online client portal. Invoices are sent automatically after each visit or on a weekly billing cycle, whichever you prefer.
